What if I don't have access to the Department of Health Abu Dhabi infectious disease E-notification Platform access

If you do not have access to the Department of Health Abu Dhabi Infectious Disease E-notification platform, you can request it by logging in to the Department of Health BPMWEB home page. Once logged in via your UAE Pass account, click on My Profile and scroll down to the bottom until you find the Infectious Disease Notification section. Then, click on the checkbox to request access.

After submitting your request, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. Note that you may not receive an email notification, so periodically check the page for updates.
